Running from 6 July to 2 August, Solera is transforming with a dedicated Spanish-inspired Chef's Menu, curated Wine Experience, and a Saturday Pintxo series of dishes influenced by the country's regional flavours, ingredients and traditions.

Friday Nights In Spain
Available every Friday evening, the five-course Chef’s Menu (customary at Solera) will instead feature 11 dishes with Spanish flare, for $110 per person. Guests can also choose to add the Spanish Wine Experience, designed to complement the menu for $60 per person.

Saturday Pintxo Afternoons
On Saturday afternoons, between 1 and 4pm, Solera will transform into a relaxed Spanish-style pintxo bar. A selection of pintxos and tapas will line the bar for guests to help themselves in a relaxed, casual dining experience, alongside a small menu of hot tapas available to order throughout the afternoon. Expect flowing drink specials, casual grazing, Spanish wines, vermouth, cocktails and an energetic social atmosphere inspired by the bars of Northern Spain.

$75 per person

Join us at Solera before 6pm* for a four course menu featuring nine dishes, including a glass of wine on arrival. Reserve a table between 5pm and 5.45pm to experience. – $75 per person
